 How to Register and Use Ivrnet Support
Solution This document will walk you through the steps to use our new helpdesk software and submit a ticket for the first time.

First, go on the internet and go to http://support.ivrnet.com

  • The first time that you come to the site, click on Register
  • Then fill out the information in the general details, making sure to choose a password you can remember
  • Click the Register button (you will only have to register once)
  • Enter your e-mail address and password in the login field on the right side of the screen. If you wish, you may check the box next to 'Remember Me’
  • Click Login
  • On the next screen, choose 'Submit a Ticket'
  • Choose the most appropriate category, then click Next. If you don’t see a category that fits your issue, choose General.
  • Choose a priority from the 4 options, Low, Normal, High, or Urgent
  • Enter a message subject. Please be concise and descriptive
  • Enter the details of your issue. Please give as much detail as possible, as this will allow the Support team to resolve problems as quickly as possible
  • If you have a file to attach, you may do so by clicking the 'Browse' button
  • Once you have entered the details of your problem, click Submit
  • The ticket will be logged in our system under the department you chose, and any responses to the ticket will be automatically e-mailed to you
  • When you receive an e-mail from helpdesk@ivrnet.com, you may reply directly from your e-mail and any information you send will be appended onto the existing ticket
  • In the future, when you come back to http://support.ivrnet.com, you will be able to see any outstanding tickets you have submitted, as well as browse our Knowledgebase, and our Troubleshooter. These can be useful tools for resolving problems yourself more quickly
  • Once you have registered, you can e-mail helpdesk@ivrnet.com directly and a ticket will automatically be created. Any replies to the ticket will be sent to your e-mail address. You may also view the status of any open tickets by visiting http://support.ivrnet.com and signing in with your e-mail address and password that you created
