Setup Family Issue


A. At times, a user may attempt to add a child to their family, but that child may belong to another family. (ie. Father is attempting to add child to his profile, but the child already exists under mother’s profile)


B. When a “Setup Family Issue” occurs, the user will have an opportunity to submit the “Setup Family Issue” error to our support team automatically.


C. The user will receive an email when the family merge has been completed.


D. Expected response standard is within 1 business day.
