Duplicate Email Issue


A. This issue occurs normally when a user has a new email address, and rather than updating their old address, they simply create a new account. While there are system controls in place to identify duplicate accounts, users are sometimes successful in creating a duplicate account.


B. When a user reports a duplicate account, please report this to the support team by creating a case.


C. In the case, please include both the old and new email address of the user, the users name, and the Club the user is attempting to register with.
