Two addresses appear on the Customer's Statement


If you happen to see two addresses appear on a customer's statement, please create a ticket to the Customer Care Team at cc.help@ivrnet.com and provide the Customer ID, the correct address and the incorrect address and we will manually remove this for you - from the statements.


The reason that it appears, is that they have a second address in the database.  However, it is not located in a spot where an Administrator can remove it. We will remove it for you.
