Please follow this process to fix your issue:
1. Clear your browser cache (based on type of browser, ie: Chrome vs IE)
2. Open Java (Windows – Control Panel – Java)
a. General Tab – Temporary Internet Files section – Settings button -> Delete Files (Choose all options)
b. Security Tab – Set level to High, then add to the Exception Site List
