How to Remove a Duplicate Property


In order to delete a duplicate property, please navigate to Register->View/Manage: Property


Search and select for the duplicate property. 


Click on the "Delete" button against the property Id which needs to be deleted.


Please Note: 


If any members (or Property members) are attached to the duplicate property, then first the members needs to be deleted from property.  In order to do this, you must create a ticket to the Customer Care Team at cc.help@ivrnet.com and ask us to do this for you in the database.


Once the above is completed by the Ivrnet Customer Care Team, then, you will find the "Delete" button against the property.

 

Customers cannot delete the property if the members are attached to it. Hence, Ivrnet Customer Care can do this for you.
