If your reports or any item that should normally "pop-up" into a new tab in your browser - does not seem to be working ,please check the following:


Please check within the web browser settings that you used to initially log in (and eventually launching the Java application) needs to allow pop ups from proshop.ivrnet.com

 

All the reports that are generated from the Java application are posted to the web browser, and the end user should see it as an option to open or save the file.
