Ivrnet's email service is provided to you via a webmail portal.  If you currently access your email via the portal, you MUST download your email onto your computer before you transfer your email away from Ivrnet.

Follow the instructions below to complete this task:

1 - Setup your email in Outlook on your computer

2 - Once your web email is connected to your desktop computer, open outlook and watch your emails download.

3. Submit a ticket to help@ivrnet.com to cancel your email services.  Please note, you must provide a minimum of 30 days notice for any cancellation of services.
