If you are in the ITSN system and you click and then receive the error message - "access denied" on a blank white screen, you have most likely kicked your self out of the system.


This error message happens when you try to have more than one window open at the same time.


The solution


Shut down all browser windows and tabs that are open and clear your history, cookies and cache.


Once you know that you have completed the above, launch your browser (we recommend Google Chrome), log in and try again.


If, you are still experiencing the issue, please do a full computer reboot - as this will ensure that you are shutting down all windows and tabs from your browsers - when you do a computer reboot.


Then once you are back on the computer, open up your browser, and try again.
