How many calls can the system handle on a daily basis?
Ivrnet can handle 24,000 calls per day
On average, we will run 6000 an hour using the set of servers that we use by default
If more calls are required, Ivrnet Core Services can provide additional resources to make this happen to meet the customer's requirements - special setup required.
What times are allowed to have these calls run?
We are allowed to call on week days from 9AM – 9:30PM.
On Saturdays and Sundays from 10AM – 6PM.
What number is pushed by the customer to be transferred to a live agent?
Customers can press 0 or 1 to be transferred to the live agent.
What number is pushed by the customer to be removed from the call list?
Customers can press 9 to be removed from the call list
A report is then generated by the system at the end of each Call Job, and sent to the customer so that they can update their call list.
