When do I have to transfer over to the new system by?
At this time, our deadline to transfer ITSN Class Registration customers over to Ivrnet Central - Sport is by December 2017.

Will I still have access to the ITSN database?
Yes.  You will still have access to the database until we shut it down.  That date has not been determined at this time.

Can we keep our same merchant account?
Yes. Your merchant account will attach seamlessly to the new system.  We will do that setup for you.  There is nothing for you to do on your end.

Do the members need to setup a new login and password?
Yes.  With any new software, a new login will be required.  All logins are attached to an email address, just like the current ITSN system.
